Cara&Co Restaurant

The restaurant is one part of the multifaceted concept of Cara&Co, which appeals to the sense of taste – one of the five human senses that Cara&Co aims to cater for.At the helm of the restaurant you’ll find our Australian based head chef Jan Oravec and his team working side by side with world renowned international chefs.  

The first of these international chefs will be Belgium chef Dave De Belder (www.degodevaart.be), one of the Flemish Primitives group, inviting you to experience a cooking technique that is available nowhere else in Australia. This style of Flemish fine dining challenges the way we eat, asking you to step outside the boundaries set by conventional cooking.

Using a combination of innovation and imagination you will experience creations that use taste and texture with the best Australian produce. Constantly striving to create new food pairings, the restaurant offers pure cooking that delivers heightened flavors with each dish. Each visit will be a different experience and will have you wanting to return time and time again.
