WESTFIELD SYDNEY 5 STAR GREEN STAR EVENT

Cara&Co Sydney played host to a glamorous soiree to celebrate Westfield Sydney achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating for its redevelopment.

The award recognized Westfield Sydney’s green leadership and excellence in sustainable design. It is currently the largest Green Star certified retail project in Australia as it incorporates a range of sustainable features including Australia’s largest on-site urban recycled water treatment system in a retail centre.

Inventive & delicious canapés from the Cara&Co menu delighted guests including Robert Jordan, Managing Director of the Westfield Group Australia & New Zealand; Robyn Holt and Barry Du Bois, well known hosts of popular television show, The Renovators; communications expert Elizabeth Drysdale; and celebrity chef Justin North.

Oyster & green apple tartare, cheese mousse with puffed rice, slow cooked kingfish with ratatouille and hollandaise sauce, and a nutty lemon dessert were served.
